Pray for the Laborers | Where are the Laborers? Matthew 9:38 (NKJV) “Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” Sometimes when we look at the needs around us, the brokenness, the hurting, the lost, it can feel overwhelming. Our first instinct might be to plan, organize, or come up with strategies to fix it all. But Jesus gave us a different starting point. He said, pray. The harvest belongs to God. The fields are His, the souls are His, the mission is His. And because it’s His harvest, only He knows the right workers, the right timing, and the right places. Prayer is not a passive act, it’s powerful partnership with the Lord of the harvest.
