Hey guys, I designed a session with a heavy workload to build the muscle memory back in Noahs legs. We worked a ton recovery movements coupled with being in & out of possession of the ball. Because it was a 1on1 session, working on being in and out of possession gave us an opportunity to work on multiple aspects of the game without needed those extra bodies. As you're watching the session, please understand that this workload is not something that I would recommend you do with your goalkeepers. This was more of a goalkeeper fitness session than a normal one. So if you do attempt to do this, make sure to modify the reps and/or workload accordingly!
