Thanks to some recent research I did on one portion of data in the game's course runway files, I've figured out quite a bit of the data regarding the ground collision. This allows modifying the XYZ positions of the collision mesh, change surface types, and importantly, enable pitlane flags. This allowed to make the Pod track be a nearly fully working track apart the quali mode not obviously working yet as intended. Tsukuba & Hong Kong now are usable tracks. Additionally, I already fixed the Fuji final chicane having incorrect surface type being sand, and am yet to fix the pitlane area having dry surfaces in SSR5 wet variants. However, extremely annoyingly, I got the GT4P Opera Paris almost functional, using later GT4P runway data fixed the bad ground collision, however they didn't fix the pitlane wall missing collision. And, adding to the track (rather than simply modifying) currently is not possible as the data needs to be understood much more.
