Perth Crash: A driver has gone on a deadly rampage, running dozens of cars off a south west highway, before killing an innocent woman in a fiery crash. Every moment of the erratic and shockingly deliberate act was caught on camera by terrified witnesses who risked their own lives to help - and a warning - the following vision is confronting. A man has filmed the moment an erratic driver crossed onto the wrong side of the road before colliding with another vehicle and killing a woman in Western Australia. The confronting mobile phone video was taken by Dan Mateljan as he travelled down the Bussell Highway in Capel, south of Perth, with two friends yesterday. It shows a green-coloured Toyota Landcruiser deliberately swerving into oncoming traffic multiple times. “This dude is trying to kill someone for sure,” Mr Mateljan can be heard saying, before calling police. Moments later, the driver aims the Landcruiser at a white Toyota Rav4, before they crash head-on, sending huge amounts of debris into the air. A 61-year-old woman from Geographe, who was the driver of the Rav4, died at the scene. Her passenger, a 54-year-old woman from Busselton, suffered life-threatening injuries in the crash and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital. Mr Mateljan and his friends parked their vehicle and ran to the site of the crash to offer help. Video from 9 News Perth
