Please wait a little! =================================== All-around onion kimchi mixed noodles [Ingredients] All-around onion 45g(1 block) Ramen noodles 1 packet Ripened kimchi 70g (1/2 cup) Pepper paste 5g(1 tsp) Pepper powder 5g(1 tsp) Soy sauce 7ml(1/2 tbsp) Sesame oil 15ml(1 tbsp) Green onion 10g(1/4 cup) Small amount of sesame seeds Water 600ml(3 cups) If the All-around onion is frozen, place outside and wait till soft. [Directions] Step 1: Create kimchi seasoning Add All-around onion, 70g (1/2 cup) of ripened kimchi, 5g (1 tsp) of pepper paste in bowl and dice with scissors. Add 5g (1 tsp) of fine chili powder, 7ml (1/2 tbsp) or soy sauce, 15ml (1 tbsp) of sesame oil, 10g (1/4 cup) of green onion, and sesame seed and mix with spoon to make kimchi seasoning. Step 2: Cook ramen Boil 600ml (3 cups) of water in pot. Add ramen in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Wash ramen in running water to cool. Step 3: Complete Dunk cooled ramen in kimchi seasoning. Use nitrile gloves (vinyl gloves) and mix thoroughly. (If no gloves, use spoon and chopsticks.) Plate in final dish. Add sesame oil, green onion ,sesame seed for personal preference.
