⚡Capacitors contain / store⚡ high voltage ⚡! With RV unplugged to AC power, short terminals with a rubber handled screw driver. I still used rubber handled pliers just in case there is still stored power! This may be your problem too! Watch me getting my RV air conditioner fan to work! Was the capacitor!
