How I manage my energy with an auto immune disease

I am Jane Lindsey, a textile artist, gardener and teacher, living in the middle of Scotland. I am a natural dyer, embroiderer and botanical printer and get inspiration from the plants growing in my garden and in the countryside around me. I run a creative online membership community called The Studio Club - helping people to rekindle their creativity and reconnect to the natural world. I have several autoimmune diseases, chief amongst them is Addisons disease where my adrenal glands completely stopped working about 18 years ago. Chronic fatigue is one of the symptoms and this means that I have a lot of days when I am extremely fatigued and have very little energy. Creating a sustainable business has meant learning to manage what energy I have in as effective way as possible. This week I have developed shingles and have been told to rest in order to recover.
