This is a Wire Deformer to Skincluster converter script. what this script does is it transfers all you wire deformer deformation in maya to joints, it helps reduce your skinning work and saves lot of time in rigging, it is also helpful for gaming , in game engine we cannot import deformers but we can import fbx with joints and skin so this can be taken to any game engine.
