So if you might recall, I faced Spondage Mario before the Blue Suns took a break outside of the Nutter Challenge. However, I faced a version that wasn't updated at the time. This time, Sponge should be up to date. I did face him with Youmu instead since I wanted to mix things up for now. I'll try again with Sayaka another time, but it'll be similar to the first one, but IDK. With Youmu, I did have the advantage of taking his tendency of bypassing your defense to lure him in for the Level 3 counter. I also battled a bit more defensively at times. But the biggest thing I learned is to NOT attack Sponge when that creepy head appears (EDIT (05/14/2021): You don't have to worry about Sponge, but just don't accidentally hit the head when it appears). That causes hell. Just wait for it to go away and you'll be fine. Again, kudos to Everson gamer for letting me know that I faced an inferior version in the past. Guess I just don't think to update my characters on a regular basis sometimes. Regardless, I hope you enjoy this video.
