Hello friends and this is our 150th video. Thank You for all your love and support. On this event of our 150th video on Tour Mangaluru, the video format has been changed along with a more modern intro and exit. Also, this is our first walking video shot on stabilized camera. On this trip through Mangalore roads, we travel along the Mangalore Central Market road from Lady Goshen hospital to Hampankatta circle. This video has been shot after the earlier, dilapidated central market was demolished. From this location, we can see the Clock Tower as well as Mangalore Town Hall. We then proceed along the Central Market road reaching the now-demolished site of the earlier Central Market. I did like to mention that on this 150th video of Mangalore, I've shot the video by buying a new, albeit second-hand Google Pixel 3a mobile from 2Gud, the refurbished goods handling division of Flipkart. I got it for just 10k and it literally was a steal. I'm informing you this because one can buy expensive mobile at very cheap prices and thus help in reducing electronic waste. The cellphone comes with a year's worth of repair or replacement warranty. Coming back to the video, along the central market road, just before the Dubai bazaar, there is a road going towards the left which is called Bibi Alabi Raod which goes and connects with Rao and Rao Circle. Taking a right from there will take you towards the Bunder but I'm not sure if its a one way or not. Moving on, we then witness how big the is where once stood the dilapidated central market of Mangalore. Presently, one can see that the debris of the site is being cleared and I'm sure the next market coming up there will take its own grand time. We then proceed along the market road after crossing Bhavanti street on the RHS which leads to Clock Tower. At this corner, there lies a shop named WJ DSouza, where one can find some interesting printed t-shirts at a pocket-friendly price. I might add that I buy most of my t-shirts from this store. We then come across GHS road or Ganapathi High School Road. On this road entering from the junction opposite the Evening College, you'll find some reputed eateries of Mangalore including Pereira hotel and Ideals Ice Cream Parlour. Along this side of the road also lies I believe what is known as Tokyo Bazaar. Thus, you can shop, eat and have a dessert along this route. Moving on, we walk along the remaining part of the market road passing by another branch of Ideals ice cream parlour near Hampankatta Bus stop. We then cross KSR road and catch a glimpse of the historic but renovated Hampankatta junction. If however, we were to take a left turn towards KSR road, then we will eventually come up upon Mischeif Mall housing Sapna Book House followed by City Centre Mall, the leading mall of Mangalore. This vlog gives information concerning the prominent landmarks along Mangalore's Central Market Road including Clock tower, Town Hall, Lady Goshen Hospital, Central Market Road, Market Road, Dubai Bazaar, Central Market, Bibi Alabi Raod, Bhavanti Street, W D'Souza clothing store, AR D'Souza clothing store, GHS road, Ideal's ice cream parlor, Pereira hotel, Tokyo Bazaar, Ham[pankatta bus stop, KSR road, and Hampankatta Junction.
