San Francisco Rush: Extreme Racing (Nintendo 64) is an arcade‑style racing game known for its fast handling, wild shortcuts, and big jumps across a stylized version of San Francisco. It’s one of the more iconic N64 racers, mixing loose physics with a very 90s arcade feel. This footage is recorded directly from my original Nintendo 64 hardware. To capture it cleanly, I used a small analog‑to‑HDMI converter that plugs into the N64, because there’s no other reliable way to record the native signal. I start the video by showing the console and the cartridge, and then we jump straight into gameplay.
