A day checking out the small town of Gerupuk on the Indonesian island of Lombok.; We were only passing through, so time was limited, surf was pretty crap that day, so no pov footage, we were just keen to get wet and have a few laughs with the 3-4ft Inside Gerupuk surf break. As you can see, its a tiny town, with commodities being fishing and seaweed framing. It does get good waves, but conditions need to be optimum for the 3 spots to light up. I was keen for 'outside Gerupuk' but conditions were just no good for it the day we had available to surf, the perils of travelling with a tight schedule! But we still enjoyed the little time we had there, worth having a look if you ever find your self on the south side of Lombok.
