Here is a video describing how to use the fantastic Icefilms video add-on for XBMC, which comes pre-installed with Droid Box Pros devices, just like you seen in this video. Icefilms has tons of movies and TV, and specializes in providing HD sources for lots of them. In this video, we navigate the different menu option in Icefilms, pick something to watch, and pick an HD source. We even run into a "captcha" while picking a source. Captcha's are those distorted word images you are asked to type at websites to verify yourself. Some sources come from sites like this, so XBMC pipes the captcha straight to your screen and allows you to answer it right from the XBMC interface. This video includes an example of that.
