Graft San Pedro cactus - Cut the tip off one SanPedro cactus and stick it on the cut top of another cactus . The top grafted cactus tip is called the scion and the bottom cacti with roots is called the rootstock. To attach the scion cactus properly use pressure . Pressure can be applied by strapping the scion onto the rootstock with tape or by using rubber bands. Pressure is held for 4 days- 1 week. There is no glue used in grafting cactus. The two cactus heal together on their own with no additional additives. The main action of grafting is applying pressure to the two pieces so that the top properly adheres .
