"Hey what gives, didn't you already clear this a few months ago?"... yeah I did, but as it turns out, those first builds of MAME that supported Marble Madness II were running the game slower than it was supposed to be, which made the game WAY easier. I had no idea! Anyway I re-did this in MAME 0.247 and the speed should be correct now, it's definitely a lot tougher to do things on the fly if you don't have a route, but all should be good now.
