Parody of FUKKIRETA:    • Видео   Partially inspired by the epic Ash Ketchum version:    • Ash Fukkireta (subbed)   --- I've been seriously unkind to Maya in my other PW videos, and I wanted to give her a bit more spotlight. She really is a wonderful character. I thought this version would be much "lower-budget" (on a budget of time, that is) than the Harvest Moon version of Fukkireta that I collaborated on (   • Fukkireta ~ Harvest Moon: Animal Parade  ). Here, I ended up not only forgoing a moving background but also outright copying an old background from my "Convictor von Karma!" video. ^^; So cheap. But, to make up for it, I tried to put a little more emotion into the face and a little more effort into some other parts, and it ended up taking just as long as the other one, so...I hope that means it turned out well in the end... (I wish I could've managed a more Maya-ish voice, though, but oh well... A shame, since the fanfic-related headcanon I hold dearest says that Maya's supposed to be a really great singer...) --- Dedicated to the brilliant person who psychically requested this video after I'd already started making it ~    / officialforcefive   --- STANZA 1: Truth! Maya, Ema, Trucy, Kay -- the order in which the assistants are shown there is the general awesomeness ranking I'd give them. Not that they aren't all awesome in their own ways. STANZA 2: Maybe it can be attributed to "the Lynne effect" ((lolghosttrick)) that Maya can smile, so desensitized, while talking about how often her life is on the line... Or maybe it's testament to her strength; it's admirable yet frightening how she can be recounting really scary personal experiences and then brush them off like nothing. (AHHH except she wasn't actually "locked up" in 3-5 was she? ._. facepalm Realized this only at the last possible minute; please forgive it...) ...Also, "trouble whenever we're out" -- ..."we"? I think it might be "you" who's the trouble magnet, Maya. STANZA 3: Hooray for obligatory expository information! INTERMISSION: ...is my favorite part because it's the randomest, most Maya-ish part of all. ...Hey, uh, by the way, drawing the Evil Magistrate for the first time made me realize how much he looks like a certain another villain... http://i840.photobucket.com/albums/zz...
