For nearly 80 years, it has served as the ancestral temple—Hualien Shengan Temple, the Main Shrine of the Queen Mother of the West in Heaven—drawing pilgrims from near and far to pay homage. The entire temple complex integrates Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism, spanning 6,500 ping (approximately 21,600 square meters). It houses over 30 deities and immortals, each connected by interwoven tales.
