In September of 1939, the nation of Poland was invaded from two sides by Germany & the Soviet Union. The new border between these two dictatorial powers was bound to have been drawn with a certain paranoia, which is why the Soviets began construction of a line of fortifications along their new western border. This would later be known at the Molotov Line. In this episode, we're exploring a few of these structures in the southeastern part of Poland.
