#greynomadsaustralia #caravanaustralia #yorkepeninsula #thegapcampground Well we got a beachfront camp spot again, and we nearly had the place to ourselves, we spent one day driving out to Cape Elizabeth, we also headed south down along the coastline past The Bamboo Campgrounds and Tipparra Rocks Bush Campgrounds, and then to the Balgowan Cliffs, and onto Balgowan, Next day we went for a fish, totally we hungry not even a bite, so the next day we headed to Port Victoria Jetty to try our luck squiding, we went hungry again. Seems when you park at this campground you get to tow all the bogged cars up the ramp, Kept Ed super busy. Setting off in a trusty camper van or towing a caravan, grey nomads traverse rugged outback terrains, lush rainforests, and sun-kissed coastal stretches, each offering its own unique charm. The freedom of the open road beckons, with countless camping spots nestled along the way, from designated campgrounds with modern facilities to remote bush sites under a blanket of stars. As the sun dips below the horizon, gathering around a crackling campfire becomes a cherished ritual, sharing stories and laughter with fellow travellers or simply relishing the serenity of nature's embrace. With every dawn, there's a new adventure awaiting, whether it's exploring ancient Aboriginal rock art, spotting native wildlife in their natural habitats, or simply basking in the tranquillity of untouched landscapes.
