Tune in for this Stoop Chat with childhood friends Lynn Nottage and Jonathan Lethem as they reminisce on their intertwined youth on Dean Street in Boerum Hill. Both Lynn and Jonathan are accomplished writers who draw inspiration from their time in Brooklyn in the late 60s and 70s. They share passions for bridging cultures and understanding the architecture of where they grew up. This short film was directed by Stoop Stories founder and Emmy-nominated producer Marj Kleinman, with cinematography by documentary filmmaker Yan Mengyu, in collaboration with the Stoop Stories Collective of storytellers and artists.
