Made using finger millet flour, vegetables, and simple spices, this roastie gives a delicious crunch while keeping it light and nutritious. Anyone can prepare this recipe quickly, and it is ideal for kids, adults, and elderly since it's wholesome and easy to digest. Try this unique millet-based breakfast and enjoy a guilt-free tiffin! Ingredients: Raagi flour – 2 cup Rice flour – 2 tbsp (for crispiness) Onion – 1 (finely chopped) Grated carrot – 1 cup Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped, optional) Salt – as needed Water – as required Oil – for roasting Curry leaves & coriander – finely chopped Method: In a bowl, add raagi flour, rice flour, salt, chopped veggies, green chilli and herbs. Pour water little by little and make a semi-thick batter. Heat tawa, grease slightly, and pour a ladle of batter. Spread gently like a thick dosa/roastie. Drizzle few drops of oil and cook on medium flame. Flip and roast until both sides turn crispy and golden. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
