INGREDIENTS 1 roll of puff pastry Pesto Tomato Cheese Egg for egg wash   METHOD 1. Unroll the puff pastry on a cutting board place the pesto in one half, and split it into the 8 pieces. 2. Place tomato and cheese pieces on the spread pesto and cover with the other half of the puff pastry. Press the well with the hands and cut with the pastry cutter at 8 equal pieces. 3. Place the caprese pastries in the pan covered with parchment paper and brush with egg. Transfer to the oven and bake at 190°C/374°F for 20 minutes. 5.
