The Yoruba adage ”Ori ni Oba ara” is a testament of how important the Ori is in the schematics of our lives, which translates as the head being the king of the entire body. I have seen a lot of people ask me, how do one consult one’s Ori? how do we even feed Ori?how do we have a relationship with ones Ori?
