This city is the most populated and the largest city in Mazandaran province and one of the largest cities in the north of the country. Also, Sari is considered one of the oldest cities in Iran. ⭕️People from Sari are called Saravi. The city of Sari, located in the foothills of the Alborz mountain range, has two plains and foothills, and its height is up to 54 meters above sea level. The climate of Sari city is mild and humid in summers and relatively cold and humid in winters. This city, with mountains, forests and the sea, usually has a mild and humid climate. Although compared to other cities of Mazandaran, Sari has milder weather, but according to the statistics of recent years, rainfall has decreased in Sari. ⭕️The non-native population of Sari is small. The modern urban system of Sari started from the Pahlavi era, and Sari was one of the first cities in Iran where the construction of Iran's national railway began. After the end of the Second World War, the development of Sari continued and Sari became the center of population reception.
