Selena takes viewers on the set of the music video, shot in a warehouse in downtown Los Angeles. The video, which goes through each scene, including the steamy shower scene, features an all-grown-up Selena talking about her transition from Disney darling to a sexy young woman. Take a look: She goes on to say that this video was in fact inspired by her own story, saying “From the way the story unfolds is my story. It’s how a woman feels when she wakes up in the morning, when her hair is wet, when she’s in a white T-shirt, things that make women feel sexy.” And as if giving a sneak peek into the video isn’t enough, Selena then talks about her upcoming album, revealing that this song was one of the first ones she recorded and it only took her 30 minutes to record! I guess when you know, you know, right? She talked about the creative process behind the album saying, QUOTE, “Because this is such a transition album for me, this is the most that I’ve ever been creatively involved from the writing process to every single thing I’m even remotely singing about.
