BLINDSIDED is a devastatingly powerful, no-holds barred drama set in Stockport in 1979 and the Isle of Man in 1997. It explores the consequences when young love is shattered by suspicion and betrayal. John is a trainee accountant with a penchant for house-breaking, hilarious and startlingly honest personal disclosures, and a line in slightly surreal banter. He meets Cathy -- a naïve, impulsive, childlike, single mum juggling a menial job with a college course. They come together and have an intense, passionate relationship.
