👋 In todays review I get to check out a childhood car of mine, the Acura NSX-T! This is the first generation model and the last year with the 3L V6 engine! In 1997, Acura upped the engine to a 3.2L V6! This 1996 Acura NSX-T has the targa roof which is what the "T" stands for and is paired to the four speed automatic! Surprisingly, this was still a fun car to drive even with the automatic and it shifted smooth for the test drive that I took it on! Very interesting with the gearing of a four speed, but you could also opt for the five speed manual which is more sought after! The exterior on this 1996 Acura NSX-T is beautiful! This is a mint condition car that is in very nice shape for the age! It's crazy how this car doesn't look it's age and looks like it could be a modern car! This is easily an Acura that gets mistaken for a Ferrari in some angles! It's a very clean looking car, no harsh edges or lines, everything flows nicely! The technology is what you would expect for the age of this car and it's an exotic that you just drive and enjoy! You don't need adaptive cruise and all those fantasy bells and whistles. This is a car to listen to and take it on some back roads and let it rip! The interior on this Acura NSX-T was also in great shape and had plenty of room for two people! I love the fact that while this is a mid engine car, you have a ton of storage behind the engine, and enough to even fit the top, so you can take it with you! The front area of this car is just for the spare tire, battery access and some other components. And again, crazy to see a spare tire for an exotic looking car like this! You could absolutely daily drive this Acura NSX-T and even today, you could daily it! It has AC, a stereo and a fun drive!! I would opt for the manual just to make it a little more exciting, but if you like this car and just want to drive, this is a good option too! Overall for my first time being behind the wheel of the Acura NSX-T, I felt right at home! My Audi R8 is a little more modern with some addition features, but very similar as far as it's a drivers car! So I enjoyed my quick drive and can see what this is a sought after exotic!
