In this episode of Rolling Realtor, Bill & Mike visit a very pretty former news van in west Florida. An out of state buyer was interested in buying it, so she had us take a trip out and look at it. Despite what Bill predicted, this van is still a winner and at a good price. It practically glides down the road and is already partially kitted out with insulation, a Dometic Roof Top AC, reinforced roof for holding the previously heavy news equipment, professionally covered panels, and more!
