Check out my New channel where I review games: @ANobodyReviewsGames-wm9gg This is some gameplay footage of the first two levels of Gauntlet Legends on the Nintendo 64. I just uploaded footage of Drak Legacy for the PS2, but the N64 is the version I have owned the longest. I've owned it since 1999, and for whatever reason, 1999 was also the last time I put a full playthrough in on this game. Yeah, sure, the game can get repetitive, but what game doesn't? If you play a hundred matches of your favorite online shooter a day, you don't see the repetition in that? This game is more blatantly upfront about it. It's not repetition for the sake of repetition, there is an RPG element to where all the hacking and slashing is working toward gaining levels which improve your stats. This game actually does qualify as an RPG. It's an arcade version of a hack 'n slash RPG, so it doesn't have as much depth as other RPGs, but it still qualifies in hindsight. Plus, playing with three other friends is awesome. You will lose days to this game with friends. It's one of the best party-games ever made. It may be repetitive, but it will keep your friends, and yourself hooked for a good long while. That is assuming you still have your friends come over and play games with you in the same room. NOTE: I kept forgetting how to open up that stupid hidden area in the second level.
