BIKINI Workout While Sailing to THE BATHS!

Start your day at Cooper Island, sail to one of the most iconic spots in the entire Caribbean, and wrap things up with a night you won’t forget. This was one of those PERFECT days in the BVI. We left Cooper Island early and made the short sail over to The Baths on Virgin Gorda, easily one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Crystal-clear aqua water, massive granite boulders, and the famous boulder-hike trail made for an incredible morning. The ladies rocked their tiny bikinis and we explored the caves, tunnels, and pools for a couple of hours. From there, we hoisted the sails and cruised north to Gorda Sound, stopping at the legendary Bitter End Yacht Club for lunch. After soaking up the views, we wrapped the day with dinner at Saba Rock, one of the coolest little island resorts in the BVI.
