We bought her in 1999, completely redid her – new mast, new electrical, new plumbing, new engine, new sails and we sailed around the Pacific for six years. Then, in 2019, we started a second major refit. New standing rigging, pulled our masts and repainted them, new electronics, new batteries (lithium) and charging system, new radar (AIS), new solar panels, new refrigeration/freezer system with a rebuilt box with new high-tech insulation, new sails, new generator, rebuilds on our autopilot and water maker. Then we bought a new rib, new outboard and mountains of spare parts. NOW – we are out here living the dream.
