This 10-minute emotional awareness meditation is a gentle, grounding practice designed to help you feel and process emotions in the body, rather than getting stuck in the mind. In this guided meditation, you’ll be invited to slow down, tune inward, and create space for whatever emotions are present — without judgment, fixing, or forcing anything to change. This practice supports emotional regulation, nervous system calming, and embodied presence. Emotional awareness is not about suppressing or analyzing emotions — it’s about learning how to be with them, allow them to move, and return to a sense of inner steadiness and equanimity. ✨ This meditation may support you if you’re experiencing: • emotional overwhelm or stress • anxiety or racing thoughts • difficulty feeling or expressing emotions • a desire to feel more grounded and present • a need for nervous system regulation You can return to this meditation anytime emotions feel heavy, confusing, or stuck — or as a regular practice to build self-trust, emotional resilience, and embodied awareness.
