(4th World Retinawesome Congress) Dear Friend,  With the aim of continuing education, I wanna share with you this great event, Retinawesome Event (23). The subject will was: “Retinawesome 23" - “Retina Surgery for the Needy” and “Challenging Decisions Faced by Retina Surgeons”. That’ll be an honour ato be there with you.   Our Keynote speaker, Dr. Mohamed Tawfik, will of course present a great vitreoretinal case but he will showed us a very cool experience in Gaza, as well, helping the needy in these war moments. This is how real people interact and shows an example of how it is possible to be part in the life of others. That will come with some real experience, of course in Egyptian history as the eyes of the world stare at that direction to fulfill such a learning experience with historical facts that talk to us deeply into our origin, the origin of humanity.   Other speakers such as Li Qing (Hong Kong), Yusuke Oshima (Japan), Athanasios Nikolakopoulos (Greece), Noe Rivero (Argentina), Hudson Nakamura (Brasil), Marcelo Murillo Sasamoto (Bolivia), Dr. Prof. S.
