The width of the fabric should be twice the width of the blouse, plus 2 inches for seam allowance. 2. Sew the shoulder seams of the blouse together. 3. Sew the side seams of the blouse together. 4. Turn the blouse right side out. Press the seams flat. 5. Cut a piece of fabric for the neckline.
