This Peterbilt 520 EZ-Pack goliath is a departure from the usual mcneilus rear loaders that do nighttime commercial in New York City, and I think this truck handled it well. The goliath has a massive hopper, packs quite a punch, and there wasn't nearly as much garbage being pushed out of the hopper as I had expected. Although it probably wouldn't do as well on cardboard, I am surprised these aren't more popular among private carters. Although this isn't my best camera work, I am glad I was able to catch this unique truck in midtown, before the new commercial carting zones push classic recycling out.
