On October 25, CSIS’s Defense and Security Department will host Vice Admiral Peter Gautier, Coast Guard Deputy Commandant for Operations. VADM Gautier will sit down with Emily Harding, director of the Intelligence, National Security, and Technology Program and vice president of the Defense and Security Department, to discuss how the Coast Guard is prioritizing missions and regions in a changing world, and more. Captain Luke Slivinski, U.S. Coast Guard, will offer introductory remarks.
