I always tend to start with the eyes when drawing Caricatures, I feel like this gives me a feel for the essense and shape of the person, and maps out the rest of the drawing. They are the window to one's soul after all. Every Artist is different, some start with the nose, some start with the head shape. I've tried these ways before but I'm never happy with the outcome!
