BICORNUATE UTERUS || Left ovarian cyst 3.4cm ||Bladder diverticula Urinary bladder: Normal in outline. No wall thickening seen. No demonstrable intravesical lesion is seen. Uterus: Normal in size and anteverted in position. Endometrium: Is normal in thickness. Endometrium shows double echogenic foci at fundal and body. Myometrium: Is homogeneous. No focal lesion seen in the myometrium. Right Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity. Measuring Volume 4.9 cc. Left Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity. Measuring Volume 3.4 cc. Cystic Mass noted in the ovary measuring 3.4 cm. A large Cystic Mass noted in the right adnexa measuring 5.8 cm. There is open communication with bladder Which reduce in size ofter voiding. Cul-de-Sac: No fluid collection is present in POD.
