After my cultural exploration, I enjoyed a delicious lunch near the Antigua bus terminal before hopping on a tuk-tuk for a fun ride to my cozy accommodation with a friendly local family. I had initially planned a two-day hike up Acatenango, but I decided to cancel it since Fuego has stopped erupting. There are also concerns about a potential major eruption, as pressure is building in the volcano's chambers during this quiet period.
