Without ever stepping foot in an XSTREAM River Racing Dinghy and with absolutely NO experience, they made a pact, to race one of the most gruelling and unique river races on the planet. #avondescent Foolish, Studid or Brave (probably all 3), they set out, acquired a vessel, assembled the XSTREAM team and went to work night and day to accomplish what most claimed unachievable. In the end, the mighty river did win on the day, not that it mattered. The boys had achieved everything they had set out to do, RACE the Avon Decent. They left, heads held high, known as the underdog team that never gave up, and in their true fashion, they made a pact. Xstream Racing will be back, better, faster, stronger, and this time the goal posts have changed.
