Briones' lawyer Winston Ginez sought an executive session with the ICI to "protect the confidential and highly sensitive information" that the lawmaker would divulge. Briones refused to answer questions from the media after the hearing, but his lawyer said the lawmaker rejected “all unfair and unfounded accusations against him” by the Discaya couple.
