About this guitar: Crafted by John Ray, this instrument is a faithful replica of the Antonio de Torres SE 153 (1892). Inspired by a concert performance of Carles Trepat, Ray meticulously studied the original Torres guitar to recreate its authentic Spanish character. Featuring a spruce top with maple back and sides, this guitar produces a warm, sweet tone with resonant low mids.
