For 37 years, Glory Days Grill has been swinging into action to help make dreams come true—and the 2024 tournament was no exception. Held at the beautiful Westfields Golf Club, this heartwarming event brought together community members and supporters to raise funds for children with life-long disabilities. This year, the tournament helped answer the dreams of Emma and Ari, two incredible children diagnosed with level 3 severe autism. Emma is nonverbal and often feels frustrated by her inability to communicate. She also experiences sensory-processing challenges. Her dream was to have a bedroom makeover—a calming, sensory-friendly space where she can feel safe, supported, and at peace. Ari, also nonverbal, dreams of visiting Disney World and Hollywood Studios, where he can immerse himself in the magic of his favorite movies. He’s especially excited to meet Woody from Toy Story when he visits Toy Story Land. Thanks to the generosity of tournament participants and sponsors, Emma and Ari’s dreams are now within reach. Together, we continue to prove that a round of golf can do so much more than score points—it can change lives.
