Snowdrop Valley - Ambient Music for Healing & Rebirth - The Beginning of Spring

Hidden somewhere in the deep hollows of Exmoor lies a hidden glade by a lively river. For a brief period each year, the valley floor becomes a carpet of small and delicate white flowers. Lo and hark, the snowdrops have burst forth. Snowdrops are the harbingers of spring, the first white flowers to emerge after winter's grip. These gorgeous little flowers are vanishing from our woodlands, but in some hidden places, they thrive in patches of white and green. We love flowers at Ambient Dawn, and we particularly love to see nature's own spectacles, even if it does leave us out of breath and with shoes covered in mud. Each burst of colour throughout the seasons is as much of a calendar to us as... ummmm... a calendar. From the snowdrops and daffodils of March, to the bluebells and white hawthorn of April and May, and on to the apple harvest of October, the sight of each beautiful eruption brings us joy and peace. We could all do with some of that right now. This video has an original score by Rarg, mixing classical piano and strings with granular effects to create a sparkling soundscape; capturing the dance of the flowers in the wind and the dappling of light, with the chatter of the little river.
