Bewitched - Rare Original Season 3-5 Theme Songs

This is a remastering of the original season three-five theme songs for 'Bewitched'. This beautiful rendition of the theme song hasn't been used in the intros for decades... but thankfully a similar version remains in tact in most of the third season end credits. Notice that there are two different versions. The first version features the same sound effects that appeared in many of the early season three episodes... This version was used in original broadcasts for seasons three, four and most of five (1966-1969) when Chevrolet and Quaker Oats were the main sponsors. As Kodak became a sponsor in rotation with Chevy and Quaker in season five (1968-1969), a second version began to run. This version contained no sound effects - with the exception of the nose twitch sound effect... which was the first time Samantha's actual nose twitch was used for the opening cartoon. This second version would live on to become the opening cartoon for all season three-five episodes in re-runs from the 1970s to about 1992. In 1992, Columbia released a remastered set of episodes and dropped this theme from re-runs entirely - instead running the first season theme song for all season one-five episodes. This video also includes two color corrected closing credit sequences, for episodes #84 and #157. On the DVDs, the lettering was incorrectly color corrected to be white... In these versions, I've restored the lettering to yellow.
