Official name: Eastfields Road Level Crossing Borough: London Borough of Merton Date filmed: 02/04/2019 Location: Eastfields Road, Mitcham Trains: Class 377 (Southern) Level crossing located in between the two platforms of Mitcham Eastfields Station in Mitcham, South London. Although that this is an MCB-CCTV crossing, there are light cameras and ANPR cameras on the off-side wigwags just like you get at MCB-OD crossings. The station here is only around 10 or so years old, and was completed around 2008-2009 time. All equipment at this level crossing dates back to February 2018, following an upgrade from a level crossing with GWE barriers and bells. Thanks for watching!
