This is last part of our Wakayama Trip in Kansai Region. Wakayama is not only home to the famous Kumano Kodo pilgrimage route, the holy mountain Koyasan. Wakayama is lined with numerous beaches, including white sandy beaches and to which one is Shirahama Beach with white-sand resort. It is over 600 meters long and is the sister beach to Hawaii's Waikiki Beach. We also went to see the beautiful rock formation into the ocean at Hashiguiiwa Rocks Here's some of my favorite locations across the area.
