Marie Antoinette is a Rider-Class servant in Fate/Grand Order, but who was the real Marie? In this video we explore Marie's background and upbringing as a Habsburg Princess, the intrigue and scandals in the French Court - notably the Affair of the Diamond Necklace, her involvement in the events leading to the French Revolution, and the fate of her immediate family after the fall of the monarchy. After that, we discuss her in-game counterpart to see how close she compares to her real-world version, focusing attention upon her appearances in the story chapter of Orleans, her Interludes, and the Fate/Requiem Collaboration Event.
