In this video we shall be taking a look at the Judiciary and ask some questions about the role it plays in the UK legal and political system. We shall be looking at questions about Judicial Appeal, Judicial independence and ask whether things like the Human Rights Act have made the judiciary too political in recent years. This video will be useful for anyone studying AQA, OCR or Edexcel A level Politics.
