Finally the promised follow-up on the first sprog video (see    • Hang glider sprogs at different speeds wit...  ) with the sprogs lowered to about DHV settings: Inner sprog 4 degrees (was 4.5 degrees), outer sprog 6 degrees (was 7.5 degrees). Otherwise, the setup was the same. The outer sprog was recorded twice, the inner sprog was not recorded (camera battery empty, I'll try to catch up on that). Conclusion: While the outer sprog was fully engaged over the whole speed range at sprog settings of 7.5 degrees (see outer sprog in first video:    • Hang glider sprogs at different speeds wit...   ), with the present settings of 6 degrees, the outer sprog is partly engaged and partly not as can be observed by the tension of the sprog cable.
